Beauty Sleep IS Real

Make sure to get your beauty sleep before a big event!

Studies had strangers rate mug shots of people on two different occasions–when they got eight hours of sleep versus when they were sleep deprived the night before, show that on average the mug shots taken after eight hours of sleep were more likely to be rated as looking less tired, more healthy, and more attractive.

So, if you have a big date coming up make sure to get those eight hours and 90 minute naps in!
